Following the inspection, a detailed and confidential narrative report will be produced the next business day. It is available via email, fax, standard mail or pick-up at our office. This bound report is written specifically for your home. It contains not only the present condition of the house, but also projects maintenance that is likely to be needed over the next several years. Our report will give you the information you need to make an informed and confident decision.
